This January, together we can rewrite the story of “Blue Monday”
— publicised as being the most depressing day of the year.
By connecting through gentleness, we will transform it into a day that restores connection, offers peace, spreads hope and joy.
'When your'e feeling down and blue its gentleness that'll get you through'.
19th January becomes
A day to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover the quiet strength we all carry inside.
Gentleness is not weakness. It is strength wrapped in peace.

It is the courage to stay open in a chaotic world, to meet difficulty without adding more harm, and the strength to slow down, when everything around us urges us to rush.
When we lean into gentleness, something shifts.
Our breath deepens,
our shoulders soften,
and we arrive fully in the present moment -
that precious place where connection happens.
Gentleness is both a soothing balm for ourselves, and the medicine our world needs to meet division, stress, and disconnection with courage and compassion.
When we choose gentleness, we recognise the shared humanity within us all.
Gentleness, like a diamond is multifaceted.
It has a unique energy, frequency and tangible qualities that can help us navigate a sometimes hostile and chaotic world.
💛 Join us on 19 January 2026 for #GentlenessDay and together let's be the change 💛
“Do not underestimate the power of gentleness.
Gentleness is strength wrapped in peace,
and therein lies the power to change the world.”
- L.R. Knost
